• “Specialists/Experts/Consultants/Professionals” refer to independent third-party individuals who may assist users, especially in areas related to G.E.M (Government e-Marketplace).
• “Information Form” or “Application Form” refers to the tool used to collect user requirements.

By using features such as “Common Needs,” you confirm that you are above 18 years of age and legally competent to accept these terms.

Platform Role – Medium for Interaction

Invenix India is an online platform that facilitates communication between users and independent specialists for services related to G.E.M and related requirements.

• We are not service providers, legal consultants, or government agents.
• Our role is limited to connecting users with specialists based on the details shared in the Information Form.
• We do not guarantee the completion of agreements or the conduct of either party.

The responsibility to verify the trustworthiness, capability, and integrity of a specialist rests solely with the user.

Key Disclaimers

1. No Expert-Client Relationship – Invenix India does not act as an agent of any specialist. Merely sending us communication does not create an expert-client relationship.
2. No Promotion or Solicitation – Our website is not intended as advertising, legal advice, or solicitation. It is solely an information and connection platform.
3. No Government Document Services – Invenix India does not provide consultancy, advice, or direct services related to government documentation.
4. Specialist Procurement Only – We only help users connect with specialists relevant to their requirements.
5. Use of Google Ads Phrases – Terms like “Apply G.E.M Registration” or “Online G.E.M Registration” are only descriptive to match user intent. They do not imply that Invenix India directly provides government registration services.
6. Resale of Forms Prohibited – The “Common Needs” feature is licensed only for personal or client use. Copying, reselling, or republishing forms is strictly prohibited.
7. Specialist Independence – All specialists are independent third-party individuals. Invenix India is not liable for any false commitments or misrepresentation made by them.
8. Data Use – By using our services, you permit us to use your information for evaluation, communication, and remarketing purposes in compliance with applicable laws.

User Guidelines

Users must follow responsible usage of the platform. The following activities are prohibited:

• Use of offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Promoting illegal activities.
• Violation of intellectual property rights.
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or junk mail.
