This Dispute Resolution & Refund Policy applies to all users of Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) who avail services through our website.


1. Nature of Services

Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd provides professional assistance services for:

  • GeM Registration
  • GeM Product Catalogue Uploading
  • Related compliance and documentation support

We act as a service facilitator and consultant, assisting users in preparing, reviewing, and submitting required information based on the details provided by the user.


2. User Responsibility

By making a payment on our website, the user agrees that:

  • All information and documents provided are true, correct, and complete
  • Any delay or rejection caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is not the responsibility of the Company
  • Government approvals, timelines, and decisions are outside our control

3. Payment & Service Commencement
  • All payments made on the website are advance payments for professional services
  • Once payment is confirmed, the service is considered initiated
  • Assignment of a consultant / processing team begins immediately after payment

4. No Guarantee Disclaimer
  • We do not guarantee approval, registration, or acceptance by GeM or any government authority
  • Final approval is subject to GeM portal rules, policies, and verification processes
  • Our responsibility is limited to providing best-effort professional assistance

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated due to a technical error from our side

Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following situations:

  • Service already initiated or documents reviewed
  • Delay or rejection due to user-provided incorrect information
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Failure to respond or submit documents within the required time
  • Government / GeM portal rejection or delay

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


6. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any dispute regarding payment or services:

  1. Write to us at support@invenixindia.com with:
    • Registered name
    • Payment reference ID
    • Service selected
    • Detailed description of the issue
  2. Our team will review the matter and respond within 3–5 working days
  3. We aim to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussion and clarification

7. Legal Jurisdiction
  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India
  • Jurisdiction shall be courts located in New Delhi

8. Acceptance of Policy
